All construction goods vehicle traffic will access the REP via a route agreed in consultation with NPTCBC . Transport impacts will be temporary and intermittent over the construction period and will be mitigated by a Construction Transport Management Plan.   The construction traffic impact has been assessed as insignificant. Prenergy’s commitment to receive wood chip fuel by sea only (or potentially in the future by rail) is a key transport impact mitigation measure. All operational impacts have been assessed as insignificant.
