  • All construction goods vehicle traffic will access the REP via a route agreed in consultation with NPTCBC .

  • Transport impacts will be temporary and intermittent over the construction period and will be mitigated by a Construction Transport Management Plan.

 

  • The construction traffic impact has been assessed as insignificant.

  • Prenergy’s commitment to receive wood chip fuel by sea only (or potentially in the future by rail) is a key transport impact mitigation measure. All operational impacts have been assessed as insignificant.
