Prenergy Power Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Prenergy Limited. Prenergy is owned by a group of power and energy professionals with a long experience of the biomass sector, as developers and operators of biomass power plants and as suppliers and traders of the biomass feedstock. Development of the Port Talbot Renewable Energy Plant is managed by PostScriptum Ltd, operating on behalf of the investors in Prenergy. Through their experience in the development and operation of biomass power plant, combined with their biomass fuel and energy trading experience, Prenergy are ideally positioned to successfully develop and operate the Port Talbot Renewable Energy Plant, contributing to both Wales’ renewable energy target and to the local economy.
